Once an order is placed, your order status will show as ‘pending payment.’
Once we receive your e-transfer, your order status will switch to ‘processing’ as we prepare your package for shipping.
Once we have dropped your package off at the post office, your order status will read as ‘completed’ and you will receive an email with your Canada Post tracking information.
How do you ship?
We ship via Canada Post Xpresspost.
We use Xpresspost Regional Mail within Western Canada. You can expect to receive your package the next day if you live in a major centre, and within 5 business days if you live more remotely.
If you live outside of Western Canada, we will ship via Xpresspost National mail and you can expect to receive your package within 2 business days if you live in a major centre, and within 5 business days if you live remotely.
How quickly after I pay for my order can I expect my tracking information?
We do our best to get your order to the post office ASAP. If we receive your order prior to 12PM Pacific Time, your order will go out same day. If we receive your order after 12PM Pacific Time, your order will go out the following day. As soon as we have dropped your order off at the post office, we will send you your Canada Post tracking number. Please note that Canada post does not ship out on weekends or statutory holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will ship the morning of the next business day.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes! If you run a business and are interested in carrying our products, please reach out to email@example.com and we will be happy to discuss our pricing structures for larger orders.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
No. We only ship to addresses within Canada. Sorry!
What is your returns policy?
Even though we use high quality hardware and take special care in the rest of our manufacturing process, we know that sometimes defects can occur. If you receive your product and the hardware has been damaged or has any other issues, please reach out to us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach a photo of the problem. We will troubleshoot with you and if the problem can’t be resolved, we will send you a new product at no cost to you.
